• Assist experienced nursing staff with daily non-direct patient care activities, including passing ice, answering call lights, passing trays, etc.
• Develop strong relationships with patients, families, and colleagues to ensure a positive and compassionate care environment
• Participate in educational programs and training sessions to enhance your knowledge and skills
• Demonstrate a strong work ethic and commitment to providing high-quality patient care
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to achieve optimal patient outcomes
