Clinical Nurse

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

• Conduct thorough physical examinations and comprehensive patient assessments.
• Administer medications, treatments, and interventions as prescribed by physicians and according to clinical protocols.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary healthcare teams to develop, implement, and evaluate individualized care plans.
• Monitor patient progress, promptly identify changes in condition, and take appropriate clinical action.
• Assist with sterile processing, laboratory procedures, and other clinical support tasks as needed.
• Provide patient and family education regarding health conditions, treatment plans, and ongoing health management.
• Maintain accurate, timely, and confidential patient records in compliance with healthcare regulations and organizational policies.
• Support patients in assisted living environments, ensuring their comfort, safety, dignity, and overall well-being.
• Perform other duties as assigned to support clinical operations and high-quality patient care.

Requirements:

• Registered Nurse or License Practical Nursing license.
