Overview
$13.00 to $17.00 per hour. We offer an easily achievable commission structure that pays you for every transaction you process.

Retail Assistant Store Manager role with a minimum of six months of management/3rd key experience. This role partners with the Store Manager to lead and develop store employees, recruit and retain talent, maximize financial goals, and manage customer relations. The position sets the tone for a customer-centric environment and analyzes store financial statements to ensure goals are met.
This role may involve working with a wide variety of merchandise and may require firearms handling in certain locations (FFL locations). The position offers an hourly wage plus commission and a bonus based on store performance.
Responsibilities- Facilitate a customer-centric environment by engaging customers professionally and addressing issues quickly.
- Train and develop staff to meet First Cash standards; recruit top talent through prescribed channels.
- Open/close the store, including cash handling and asset protection procedures.
- Ensure asset protection through inventory control and safety procedures; manage loans and merchandise.
- Administer store processes: inventory, loan management, merchandising, store systems, and reporting.
- Analyze store financial statements and drive profitability through communication and goal setting.
- Maintain operating standards to meet/exceed First Cash standards.
- Monitor loan qualification and buying processes to ensure value and integrity of loans.
- Complete assigned tasks and training for self-development.
- Communicate store mission and profit objectives clearly to employees; stay up-to-date on product knowledge.
- Act as manager on duty in the absence of the Store Manager; perform other related duties as assigned.
- Ability to perform duties for extended periods; standing, walking, lifting up to 50 pounds, etc., in compliance with law.
- Demonstrated ability to supervise others; firearms experience/certification may be required; able to work at multiple locations.
- Flexible retail schedule, including weekends and holidays; 40+ hours per week.
- Proficient with POS systems and standard office software; detail-oriented with strong organizational skills; analytical skills.
- Cash handling experience; ability to work independently; excellent work ethic.
- Minimum age 18; high school diploma, GED, or equivalent experience.

Assistant Store Managers have the potential to earn 2-8% commission based on gross profit of personal performance; additional details provided during interview.
Payrates will not be below applicable local minimum wage requirements.
