The position offers a salary range of $65,500.00 - $98,000.00 per year. This is a regular, permanent, salaried position. The role involves communicating with individuals or groups verbally and in writing, such as customers, suppliers, and associates. It includes implementing the business plan for the area of responsibility by communicating goals and managing staffing and scheduling. The role also involves assigning duties and coordinating workloads to achieve facility goals such as production, quality, and safety.

The individual will monitor and manage productivity by preparing, reviewing, and analyzing business reports. They will maintain quality and safety standards by ensuring associates are trained on logistics and company policies, standards, and procedures, and by monitoring associate compliance to policies and procedures. The role includes identifying associate, customer, and supplier concerns by listening and consulting with others when needed to determine corrective actions or make recommendations to resolve issues.

The individual will supervise and develop associates and leaders by assigning duties, coordinating workloads, monitoring performance, providing feedback, teaching, supporting, and modeling logistics and company policies and procedures. They will identify training and development needs and participate in the hiring, promotion, coaching, teaching, and evaluation of associates and leaders.
