Equipment Maintenance Technician

Lifting Gear Hire Corp (LGH) seeks an Equipment Maintenance Technician to inspect, service, and repair hoisting, rigging, jacking, and lifting rental equipment in our Appleton, WI location. You will perform preventive maintenance, troubleshoot mechanical, hydraulic, pneumatic, and basic electrical issues, and ensure all gear meets LGH and OSHA safety standards before going to customers. Working in a safety-first, team-oriented environment, you'll document work, support warehouse operations, and help deliver reliable, high-quality solutions for industrial, construction, and infrastructure projects across North America.
