We’re looking for caring and enthusiastic Nursery Assistants to join friendly nursery teams across Stevanage

. Whether you’re experienced in childcare or just starting out, this is a great opportunity to build your confidence, gain hands‑on experience, and make a real difference in young children’s lives.

As a Nursery Assistant, you’ll help create a safe, happy, and engaging environment where children can learn, play, and grow. You’ll support daily activities, encourage curiosity, and help little ones develop confidence through positive, nurturing care.

You’ll also get involved in outdoor play and learning, supporting children as they explore and enjoy the world around them in fun and creative ways.

Childcare qualifications (NVQ, CACHE, etc.) are welcome but not essential — full training and support is provided for the right candidates.
