Located in the heart of Stevenage, Hotel Cromwell is a well-established hotel. With its popular restaurant Rump and Wade, bar and event spaces, the hotel is a key destination in the Old Town for business clients and local guests.

We are excited to be looking for a Deputy Hotel Manager who will work alongside the Hotel Manager supporting the day-to‑day running of the hotel, while playing a key role in driving standards, performance and guest experience. A key part of this role will be working closely alongside the Heads of Department, acting as the go‑to support for all teams across the hotel.

Your role will be pivotal in ensuring seamless operations, motivating teams and delivering consistently high standards. You will be hands‑on, visible and proactive, leading from the front.

• Supporting the Hotel Manager in the overall day‑to‑day operation of the hotel.
• Working alongside the Food Services Manager and Heads of Department to support the Food and Beverage offerings.
• Being a visible, hands‑on leader across the hotel, especially during busy periods.
