GSK seeks a Director, Oncology Clinical Biomarkers to lead biomarker and translational medicine strategies underpinning late-stage oncology programs. You will collaborate with the Clinical Biomarker Executive Director to define decision criteria, patient segmentation, and integrate these into development plans.
You will drive biomarker validation, target engagement, and pharmacodynamic readouts to support patient stratification and go/no-go decisions, while guiding matrix teams and stakeholders
