Join a leading FM company as a mobile handyperson/fabric engineer in North London. This is an exciting opportunity for individuals who are passionate about maintenance and repair work to thrive on a mobile contract. Monday - Friday (plenty of overtime available) £33,000 - £35,000  van  Fuel Card Mobile contract covering sites across Wimbledon & Richmond Responsibilities:
Carpentry - Door hanging Assembling furniture Plumbing Drainage & flushing Fire alarm/door testing Grouting & Plastering Repairing building fixtures: doors, handles, windows etc. Basic electrical - lamp changes, sockets Requirements:
Experience as a building services fabric engineer/handyperson in a commercial/residential setting Trades qualifications - C&G / NVQ Painting & Decorating Full drivers license Randstad CPE values diversity and promotes equality.
