Salary:
Up to £46,000 per annum + 15% shift allowance and company van plus Veolia benefits.
Hours:40 hours per week, Monday to Thursday nights.

- Troubleshoot problems with equipment and carry out repairs.
- Complete site documentation before and after work tasks.
- Supervise specialist subcontractors.
- Carry out Risk Assessment of Equipment Maintenance Task List steps and ensure they are kept valid.
- Update maintenance task lists.
- All work on site to be carried out in accordance with site EHS (Environmental Health and Safety) and Veolia EHS rules and guidelines.
- Flexibility to work around Maintenance Shutdowns.
- Participate in audits of the Air Conditioning plant and follow up on actions.
- Prepare, compile and manage own quotations and works approvals.
- Ownership of maintaining plant asset and F‑gas register.
- Stand‑by on call rota.
- Recognised trade qualification, City & Guilds Refrigeration and Air‑conditioning (7189) or equivalent.
- Experience in a similar role and good understanding of the basic fundamentals of the various utilities systems.
- Willingness to expand working knowledge into mechanical and electrical systems.
- Working knowledge of Building Management Systems.
- Good understanding of Preventive Maintenance Systems.
- Worked within a Computerised Maintenance Management Work Order system environment.
- Troubleshooting/repair of electrical systems, related mechanical experience is a distinct advantage.
- Ability to pass Security Clearance check.
