* We are seeking a highly skilled Diagnostic Technician / Master Technician to join our dynamic team. This role involves diagnosing, repairing, and maintaining complex equipment, timing belt / timing chain replacements, diagnose clutch faults and replacement, ensuring optimal performance and safety standards. The successful candidate will possess a strong technical background, excellent problem-solving skills, and a commitment to delivering exceptional customer service.

* Duties
* * Conduct detailed diagnostics using schematics and technical manuals to identify faults in equipment.
* Perform repairs and maintenance on a variety of vehicles, including mechanical and electrical components.
* Utilise hand tools, power tools, and welding equipment to carry out assembly, disassembly, and repair tasks.
* Interpret technical drawings and schematics to guide repair procedures accurately.
* Assist with equipment installation, calibration, and testing to ensure operational efficiency.
* Carry out heavy lifting as required for parts replacement or equipment movement.
* Experience with timing belt and timing chain replacements.
* Experience with clutch fault diagnosing and clutch replacement.
* Maintain detailed records of repairs, diagnostics, and maintenance activities for compliance and future reference.
* Provide exceptional customer service by communicating repair status clearly and professionally.
* Ensure all work complies with health and safety regulations and company policies.
* Qualifications
* * Proven experience as a Diagnostic Technician or Master Technician.
* Strong knowledge of mechanical systems, electrical components, and troubleshooting techniques.
* Proficiency in reading schematics, technical manuals, and assembly instructions.
* Skilled in the use of hand tools, power tools, welding equipment, and other maintenance tools.
* Ability to perform heavy lifting safely and efficiently.
* Experience with equipment repair, maintenance programmes, and preventative measures.
* Excellent problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
* Good organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
* Customer service orientation with clear communication abilities.
* Relevant certifications or qualifications in mechanical or electrical engineering are desirable but not essential.
