Field Service Engineer (Security Systems) – Stevenage, England

Salary: £40,000 - £45,000 per annum + OTE £65,000. Includes take‑home vehicle (personal use allowed), door‑to‑door pay, overtime for travel, £330 per week optional call‑out rota, local patch, Monday‑Friday days‑based role.

We are seeking a Field Service Engineer with a background in security or fire suppression systems to join a long‑established company that services commercial and residential fire and security equipment. The role offers career development through peer‑supported in‑house training and external resources.

• Service and installation of a variety of security systems.
• Work locally within a 50‑mile radius of Stevenage.
• Door‑to‑door travel with pay.
• Utilise internal and external training to upskill in commissioning and CAD design.
• Monday to Friday days‑based role with optional call‑out and overtime availability.
• Budgeting and cost efficiency, compliance checking, rota organisation, and enquiry/complaint escalation.

• Service or installation experience with security systems.
• Full UK driving licence.
• Background in fire or security installations preferred.
