Field Service Engineer (Security Systems)
LocationStevenage – local patch, 50 mile radius.
Compensation£40,000 – £45,000 + OTE £65,000. Take-home vehicle (personal use allowed). Door-to-door pay. Overtime paid for travel. £330 per week optional call-out rota. Monday – Friday days-based role.
Role OverviewProvide service and installation of a variety of security systems within commercial and residential sectors. Work on projects for blue‑chip companies.
Responsibilities- Service and installation of security systems.
- Local patch work within Stevenage 50‑mile radius.
- Door‑to‑door pay for all travelling.
- Optional call‑out and overtime availability.
- Commissioning and CAD design training.
- Background in service or installation of security systems.
- Full UK licence.
- Experience in fire or security departments preferred.
- Experience budgeting and cost efficiency, compliance checking, rota organisation and enquiry/complaint escalation is advantageous.
- Take-home vehicle for personal use.
- Door-to-door pay plus overtime for travel.
- Optional £330 per week call‑out rota.
- Internal and external training resources.
