Eppendorf is seeking a Service Technician to perform technical service activities, maintenance and repairs across the UK and Ireland. You will document work, update CRM records, and communicate with customers to ensure reliable lab operations.
With at least three years of field service or technical support experience, you will diagnose and resolve issues on laboratory equipment, travel across sites (including overnight stays), and assist with spare parts as directed by the Service Manager.
