Schedule:
Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM
Our banking client is seeking a detail-oriented and customer-focused Default Services Technician to support daily operational activities within a financial services environment. This role is ideal for candidates with experience in customer service, administrative support, account processing, or financial operations.
Key Responsibilities- Manage and maintain recovery inventory with accurate tracking and documentation
- Handle inbound and outbound calls related to account inquiries and updates
- Process vendor bill payments while ensuring accuracy and timely completion
- Review and update account information within internal systems
- Coordinate with internal teams and external vendors as needed
- Maintain organized records and support operational workflows
- Ensure compliance with company procedures and documentation standards
- Previous experience in customer service, administrative support, banking, insurance, collections, or financial operations preferred
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Comfortable handling phone-based communication
- Proficient with Microsoft Office, especially Excel and Outlook
- Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Hybrid work environment
