As a Customer Service Representative, you'll be the frontline hero for our clients, handling inquiries, providing top-tier support, resolving issues, and ensuring seamless order processes. You'll collaborate closely with internal teams to deliver prompt, high-quality service that keeps our customers coming back.

• Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and other channels with accuracy and enthusiasm.
• Resolve concerns and orders while maintaining clear, professional communication.
• Work with production and sales teams to streamline operations and ensure timely delivery.

• Excellent communication, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills.
• Proficient in organization, multitasking, and using computers/customer service tools.
• Experience in a customer-facing role preferred – bonus if in printing or related fields!
