Overview
Duration: 6–12-month contract with possible extension or conversion based on performance
Pay: $17-$19/hour on W2 (paid weekly)
Are you detail-oriented and experienced in customer service, operations, or administrative support? We’re seeking a Default Services Technician to join the team in a fast-paced financial services environment supporting account operations and recovery processes.
Ideal Candidate- Experience in customer service, administrative support, operations, or finance-related environments preferred
- Comfortable handling inbound and outbound calls professionally
- Strong attention to detail, organization, and multitasking skills
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced setting while maintaining accuracy
- Manage recovery inventory, ensuring accurate tracking, organization, and timely processing
- Handle inbound and outbound calls, assisting with account-related inquiries and customer support
- Process vendor bill payments while maintaining accuracy and meeting deadlines
- Maintain organized records and support day-to-day operational workflows
- Provide professional customer service and assist with issue resolution as needed
