Are you passionate about helping customers and thrive in a fast-paced environment? We are seeking Customer Service Specialists to join a growing team supporting customers through exceptional service and problem-solving.

Locations:
Stevens Point, WI | Hales Corners, WI | Green Bay, WI

Pay Rate: $19.00/hour ($20.00/hour for 2nd Shift)

Work Arrangement:
Fully Onsite

Interview Process
  • Virtual interview with Talent Acquisition (offers may be extended quickly)
  • In-person meet-and-greet with the Site Lead
Schedule
  • Primarily 1st Shift schedules starting between 8:00 AM – 10:00 AM and ending between 5:00 PM – 7:00 PM
  • Limited 2nd Shift opportunities available: 12:00 PM – 9:00 PM (includes $1/hour shift differential)
  • Some positions require working every other Saturday (8:00 AM – 5:00 PM)
  • When scheduled on Saturday, a flex day off will be provided during the week
What You'll Do
  • Deliver outstanding customer service while assisting customers with inquiries and account-related requests
  • Navigate multiple computer systems simultaneously to research and resolve customer issues
  • Accurately document customer interactions and maintain detailed records
  • Provide empathetic, professional, and positive customer experiences
  • Manage a high volume of customer interactions in a fast-paced environment
  • Follow company procedures and service standards while maintaining accuracy and efficiency
What We're Looking For

Required Qualifications

  • High School Diploma or equivalent
  • Previous customer service experience (retail, hospitality, restaurant, healthcare, call center, or similar environments)
  • Strong computer skills and the ability to learn multiple systems quickly
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities
  • Positive attitude with a strong focus on customer care
  • Reliable attendance and punctuality
Preferred Qualifications
  • Previous call center experience
  • Experience handling high-volume customer interactions
