Customer Service Rep, Call Center / Support
Are you passionate about helping customers and thrive in a fast-paced environment? We are seeking Customer Service Specialists to join a growing team supporting customers through exceptional service and problem-solving.
Locations:
Stevens Point, WI | Hales Corners, WI | Green Bay, WI
Pay Rate: $19.00/hour ($20.00/hour for 2nd Shift)
Work Arrangement:
Fully Onsite
- Virtual interview with Talent Acquisition (offers may be extended quickly)
- In-person meet-and-greet with the Site Lead
- Primarily 1st Shift schedules starting between 8:00 AM – 10:00 AM and ending between 5:00 PM – 7:00 PM
- Limited 2nd Shift opportunities available: 12:00 PM – 9:00 PM (includes $1/hour shift differential)
- Some positions require working every other Saturday (8:00 AM – 5:00 PM)
- When scheduled on Saturday, a flex day off will be provided during the week
- Deliver outstanding customer service while assisting customers with inquiries and account-related requests
- Navigate multiple computer systems simultaneously to research and resolve customer issues
- Accurately document customer interactions and maintain detailed records
- Provide empathetic, professional, and positive customer experiences
- Manage a high volume of customer interactions in a fast-paced environment
- Follow company procedures and service standards while maintaining accuracy and efficiency
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Previous customer service experience (retail, hospitality, restaurant, healthcare, call center, or similar environments)
- Strong computer skills and the ability to learn multiple systems quickly
- Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities
- Positive attitude with a strong focus on customer care
- Reliable attendance and punctuality
- Previous call center experience
- Experience handling high-volume customer interactions
