Overview

Hematology - Oncology Physician position with start date ASAP.

Shift: Day, 7:30 am – 4:30 pm, 3–4 days a week, approximately 2 weeks per month.

Location:

Outpatient/Clinic (locum tenens).

• Schedule:
  
  7:30 am- 4:30 pm, 3-4 days a week, 2 weeks per month
• Practice Setting:
  Outpatient/Clinic
• Type of cases; required procedures: outpatient clinic, new consults, follow-up, no procedures required. Oversight of treatment.
• Credentialing timeframe: 90 days
• Electronic Medical Record (EMR):
  Epic
• Certifications required:
  Board Certified, Board Eligible
• Licensure required:
  Active Wisconsin State Medical License
