Overview
Hematology - Oncology Physician position with start date ASAP.
Shift: Day, 7:30 am – 4:30 pm, 3–4 days a week, approximately 2 weeks per month.
Location:
Outpatient/Clinic (locum tenens).

- Schedule:
7:30 am- 4:30 pm, 3-4 days a week, 2 weeks per month - Practice Setting:
Outpatient/Clinic - Type of cases; required procedures: outpatient clinic, new consults, follow-up, no procedures required. Oversight of treatment.
- Credentialing timeframe: 90 days

Board Certified, Board Eligible - Licensure required:
Active Wisconsin State Medical License
