Locums - Stevens Point, Wisconsin Urology Clinic, OR & System Call Coverage

Position Overview:

Comprehensive Urology locum opportunity offering a balanced mix of clinic, OR, and system call responsibilities within a well-established regional healthcare system. This assignment provides flexible scheduling, strong procedural volume, and the ability to support multiple facilities.

Assignment Details:

• Start: ASAP - Ongoing need

• Full-time clinic coverage with 2-3 days of OR time

• Approximately 36 hours per week (flexible days/times)

• Clinic and OR based in Stevens Point

• System call based out of Wausau: 7-10 days per month, including one weekend

• Possible 1-2 days per month outreach to Wisconsin Rapids

• Multiple providers accepted

• Schedule specifics to be discussed during phone interview

Practice Setting:

• Inpatient and outpatient responsibilities

• Admissions required

• Assigned and unassigned patients

• 16 patients per clinic shift

• 30-minute call response time required

• Trauma Level III facility

• Hospital Stroke Certified

• EMR:
  Epic

Clinical Responsibilities:

• Perform urologic procedures in both OR and clinic settings

• Provide comprehensive evaluation and management of urologic conditions

• Participate in system-wide call coverage

• Deliver high-quality care across multiple regional sites as needed

Requirements:

• Board Certified - Required

• Fellowship Trained - Required

• BLS - Required
