Required Skills:

• Valid medical license in urology
• Proven experience in urological surgery and outpatient care
• Strong clinical assessment and diagnostic skills
• Excellent communication and patient management abilities
• Ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team

Nice to Have Skills:

• Experience with outreach programs or community-based care
• Proficiency with the latest urological technologies and systems
• Multilingual abilities to serve diverse patient populations

Preferred Education and Experience:

• Doctor of Medicine (MD) or Doctor of Osteopathic Medicine (DO) with specialization in Urology
• Minimum of 3 years of post-residency clinical experience in urology
• Prior experience in both clinic and surgical environments preferred

Other Requirements:

• Availability for 7-10 days per month system call, including weekends
• Flexibility to work 36 hours per week with days and times to be discussed during interview
• Willingness to participate in outreach activities to Wisconsin Rapids as needed
• Travel reimbursements and licensure-related expenses covered when applicable
