About the Position
Urology Physician

Join our prestigious healthcare team as a Urology Specialist, where you will play a vital role in delivering exceptional urological care to patients in a dynamic and supportive environment. This full-time position offers the opportunity to work both in clinical and surgical settings, helping improve patient outcomes and advance your professional expertise.

As a key member of our urology department, you will provide comprehensive outpatient services, perform surgical procedures, and participate in on-call rotations. You will be supported by a dedicated team committed to your success, ensuring a collaborative and rewarding work experience.

Required Skills:

Board certification or eligibility in Urology

Proven clinical expertise in urological diagnosis and treatment

Skilled in both outpatient and surgical procedures

Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team

Excellent problem-solving and critical thinking abilities

Nice to Have

Skills:

Experience with minimally invasive or robotic surgeries

Familiarity with EMR systems

Bilingual capabilities

Past experience in outpatient and surgical settings

Preferred

Education and Experience:

Medical degree (MD or DO) from an accredited institution

Completed Urology residency training

Minimum of 2 years of post-residency clinical experience preferred

Other Requirements:

Licensure in the state of Wisconsin

Certification by the American Board of Urology or equivalent

Willingness to participate in call rotations, including some weekends

Ability to travel locally for outreach clinics as needed

Successful credentialing and background check
