0 - 4 patients seen per 24-hour call period 12 - 20 deliveries per month on average Certified Nurse Midwife on staff 24-hour call still required when midwife onsite Comprehensive OB/GYN procedures required vaginal, c-section, and surgical GYN Operative laparoscopic skills required ectopic, cystectomy, ovary removal Ongoing coverage opportunity Hospital privileges required
We negotiate better pay and deposit it weekly
