Job Duties:Student Teaching Supervisors are responsible for supporting UWSP teacher candidates (including undergraduate and graduate level student teachers, interns, etc.) throughout their student teaching semester and completing the observation assessments outlined under PI-34.023 and required for licensure. Supervisors may be assigned to various subject areas and grade levels based on need, and your application will be retained as a potential candidate for future opportunities.

Job Responsibilities:
• Support teacher candidates throughout the semester.
• Complete observation assessments (PI-34.023) required for licensure.
• Work across all subject areas and grade levels as assigned.
• Coordinate with program directors and placement sites as needed.
Required Qualifications:- Earned master’s degree (or equivalent experience) in an education-related field.
- Minimum 3 years of experience as a licensed teacher in one of the areas listed above or as a licensed K‑12 administrator.
- Hold a valid Wisconsin driver’s license and be able to become an approved UWSP driver.
- Experience mentoring early career educators and/or pre‑service teachers.
- Strong digital communication skills (email and video conferencing).
