** Compensation:
** The Assistant Professor of Food and Nutrition is a full-time, salaried, exempt, academic year (9-month), faculty position.

Well-qualified candidates can expect a starting annual salary of $56,000 annually commensurate with the candidate’s education, related experience, and qualifications.

* Required Qualifications:

*** Earned doctorate (Ph.D. or Ed.D.) in food and/or nutrition related field, or ABD nearing completion with retention dependent upon completing the doctorate within one year of initial hire
* Good interpersonal skills
* Good oral and written communication skills
* Effective and collaborative team member##

* Preferred Qualifications:

*** Licensed or eligible for license in Wisconsin as a Registered Dietician
* Academic course teaching experience##
