Construction Project Leader – Stevens Point, Wisconsin
AECOM is actively seeking a highly motivated Construction Project Leader to oversee a wide range of highway, bridge, and municipal projects for the Wisconsin Department of Transportation (WisDOT) and local clients. The role provides strategic planning and delivery on key project needs and initiatives while ensuring quality, schedules, and budgets align with AECOM and client policy.
Responsibilities- Directly manage projects and team members to ensure on‑time, on‑budget delivery.
- Hire, mentor, and expand the team’s experience and client base.
- Collaborate with clients and other Construction Engineering Supervisors, acting as a liaison between management and clients on multi‑disciplined projects.
- Prepare and deliver proposals required to win work.
- Recognize opportunities for strategic growth and build and lead teams to meet these opportunities.
- Collaborate and build relationships with both internal and external clients, including industry associations and other consultant teams.
Minimum Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree plus 8 years of related experience or demonstrated equivalency of experience and/or education.
- U.S. citizenship is required.
- Valid DMV license.
- Applicants required to pass a pre‑employment substance abuse test and a Motor Vehicle Record screening.
- Bachelor’s degree in civil engineering, construction management, or equivalent.
- Registered Professional Engineer in Wisconsin.
- Past experience as a Construction Project Leader for WisDOT projects.
- WisDOT and local project and client management experience with proven success managing multiple concurrent projects.

Additional Information- All newly hired employees are required to attend an in‑person Day 1 onboarding at an AECOM office location as a condition of employment.
USD 114,000 – USD 163,000 per year.
