Structural Engineer

This role offers an opportunity for a Structural Engineer to join a growing team and play a key role in structural analysis and design projects. You will contribute directly to the development of safe, efficient, and innovative structural solutions while working closely with other engineering professionals.

Responsibilities:

• Perform structural engineering analysis and design for a variety of projects, ensuring safety, reliability, and compliance with applicable codes and standards.
• Develop structural calculations, models, and design documents to support project objectives.
• Collaborate with other engineers and project stakeholders to review design requirements and propose appropriate structural solutions.
• Prepare and review structural drawings, specifications, and related technical documentation.
• Evaluate existing structures and recommend modifications or improvements as needed.
• Participate in project meetings to provide structural engineering input and support decision-making.
• Ensure that all structural engineering work aligns with professional engineering standards and licensing requirements.

Essential

Skills:

• Proven experience in structural engineering, including structural analysis and structural design.
• Professional Engineer (PE) license as a Structural Engineer.
• Strong understanding of structural engineering principles, methods, and best practices.
• Ability to interpret and produce structural drawings, specifications, and technical reports.
• Attention to detail and commitment to delivering accurate and reliable engineering work.

Additional Skills &

Qualifications:

• Experience working as one of a small group of structural engineers within an organization.
• Strong communication skills to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and projects while maintaining high quality standards.

This is a permanent position based out of Stevens Point, WI.

Pay and Benefits:

The pay range for this position is $110000.00 - $110000.00/yr. Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors. Company paid benefits small knit team; new facilities.

This is a fully onsite position in Stevens Point, WI.
