Location: Stevens Point, WI (Fully Onsite)

Pay Rate: $19.00 - $20.00 per hour (Paid Weekly)

Schedule: Monday – Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM CT

Duration: Approximately 6 months with potential for conversion based on performance, attendance, and business needs

Start Date: ASAP

• Manage and maintain homeowners insurance policies associated with mortgage loans.
• Ensure timely disbursement of funds for homeowners insurance and PMI (Private Mortgage Insurance) premiums.
• Review, collect, and process required documentation accurately and efficiently.
• Verify compliance with company policies, investor requirements, and regulatory standards.
• Research and resolve insurance-related issues and discrepancies.
• Maintain accurate loan records and update servicing systems as needed.
• Collaborate with internal departments to ensure timely and accurate loan servicing activities.

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Previous experience in banking, mortgage servicing, loan operations, insurance processing, or administrative support preferred.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and data entry systems.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
