Retirement Plan Analyst

Sentry Insurance is seeking a Retirement Plan Analyst to support our growing Finance & Insurance solutions. In this role, you will analyze and administer defined contribution and other qualified retirement plans, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and exceptional client service. You'll perform compliance testing, reconcile plan data, and prepare clear reports for employers and internal partners. Working in a collaborative, integrity-driven culture, you'll stay current on ERISA and IRS/DOL rules while helping improve processes, supporting plan design changes, and contributing to long-term customer relationships and business stability.

Responsibilities

• Analyze and administer qualified retirement plans, ensuring accurate setup and ongoing maintenance.
• Perform compliance testing, contributions reviews, and regulatory checks under ERISA and IRS/DOL rules.
• Reconcile plan data, research discrepancies, and prepare clear reports for clients and internal stakeholders.
• Support plan design changes, document updates, and annual reporting requirements.
• Collaborate with advisors, account managers, and operations teams to resolve complex plan issues.
• Monitor regulatory changes and support implementation of process and systems updates.
