Overview
Optum On-Site is seeking a Family Nurse Practitioner (FNP) or Physician Assistant (PA) to join our team in Waupaca, WI. As a member of the Optum Behavioral Care team, you will be an integral part of our vision to make healthcare better for everyone. As an FNP or PA, you will provide full spectrum primary care for employees and their dependents and families of the Waupaca Foundry at the offsite Medical Clinic (location and hours below).

Clinic location: N2610 WI-22, Waupaca, WI 54981
Hours: This role requires 30 on-site hours per week. Wednesdays (7a-6p CST), Thursdays (7a-6p CST) and Fridays (7a-3p CST).
