Quality Control Method Development Supervisor

Overview

Ortho Molecular Products is seeking a Quality Control Method Development Supervisor to advance quality excellence through scientific leadership. This role is responsible for overseeing the development, validation, and transfer of analytical methods to support the testing of raw materials, in-process samples, and finished dietary supplement products. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in analytical chemistry, leadership experience, and a deep understanding of dietary supplement matrices.

This is an onsite position Monday through Friday from 8:00am to 5:00pm in Stevens Point, WI.

• Provide strategic oversight of method development and validation activities within a GMP environment, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and operational readiness.
• Define goals, set expectations, and deploy plans to improve or sustain performance
• Develop, monitor, refine, and report on key performance indicators (Process Management)
• Assign and direct work assignments including change management
• Ensure direct reports meet performance expectations, contributing to exceptional service to both internal and external customers.
• Effectively present information to Senior Management and all members of the team
• Provide leadership direction to teams to resolve problems and motivate staff to achieve goals
• Manage projects to ensure they are completed on time and within budget.

• Bachelor degree in a related field (Science, Quality, Regulatory, or Business Admin)
• Masters or PhD in a related field (Science, Quality, Regulatory, or Business Admin) preferred
• Strong background in analytical chemistry, leadership experience, and a deep understanding of dietary supplement matrices
• Proficient in advanced analytical techniques
• Experience with method validation per ICH and USP guidelines
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills

What You Will Receive:

• The salary range for this position is $75,000 - $90,000
