Reporting to Director of Rehab
As a Physical Therapist, you help patients get well. You are the person who can bring their power back. In doing this, you assess patient needs, develop recovery plans, and deliver physical therapy. You are a healer and a helper, adept at addressing the whole patient and treating them as an individual. Your goal is the design of a program that will restore, reinforce, and enhance their physical abilities.
You are adaptable to the needs of the patient, find joy in the variety of work and settings, collaborate with peers, and make referrals to help patients thrive. You are a teacher who trains patients and caregivers on the skills needed to promote independence and productivity.
