Powerback Rehabilitation is seeking a licensed Physical Therapist to join our Wisconsin team in facility-based care. You will assess patient needs, develop recovery plans, and deliver physical therapy to restore function and independence.
You’ll collaborate with a multidisciplinary team under the Director of Rehab, educate patients and families, and support wellness across settings. A Master’s degree and US PT license are required; visa sponsorship is available.
