Health Screener

Bio Life Plasma Services is seeking a Health Screener to support safe, ethical plasma collection in our donor center. In this role, you will greet donors, perform pre-donation health screenings, record medical histories, measure vital signs, and determine donor eligibility following strict FDA, company, and safety guidelines. You will maintain accurate documentation, use clinical equipment, uphold infection control standards, and escalate medical concerns to clinical staff.

Working in a mission-driven, patient-focused team, you help ensure donor safety and contribute to life-saving plasma therapies while receiving training and growth opportunities in a global biopharmaceutical organization.

Responsibilities

• Greet donors and perform pre-donation health screenings
• Measure and record vital signs and medical histories
• Assess donor eligibility using established clinical and regulatory criteria
• Maintain accurate and confidential donor records in EMR systems
• Follow FDA, company, and safety regulations at all times
• Apply infection control and blood borne pathogen protocols
• Operate and maintain basic clinical and screening equipment
• Identify and escalate medical concerns to clinical or nursing staff
• Support donors throughout the screening process with clear communication
• Contribute to a clean, safe, and compliant plasma collection environment
