• Plan, coordinate, and oversee banquet and catering events from inception to completion
• Collaborate with clients to understand their needs and customize event arrangements accordingly
• Manage and supervise banquet staff, including servers, bartenders, and setup crews
• Ensure all events are executed smoothly, on time, and within budget
• Maintain high standards of service, cleanliness, and safety throughout all events
• Coordinate with kitchen staff to ensure timely food preparation and presentation
• Monitor inventory levels and order supplies as needed
• Handle client inquiries, resolve issues promptly, and ensure customer satisfaction
• Develop and implement operational procedures to improve efficiency and quality

• Proven experience in banquet and catering management or a similar hospitality role
• Strong leadership and team management skills
• Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities
  
  Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
• Knowledge of food safety regulations and hospitality industry standards
