Senior Human Resources Business Partner
The Senior Human Resources Business Partner serves as a strategic partner to leaders across manufacturing and corporate functions, providing expertise in employee relations, performance management, organizational effectiveness, workforce planning, and leadership development. This role helps drive business results through people-focused solutions while ensuring compliance with employment laws and company policies.
The Sr. HRBP acts as a trusted advisor to leaders and employees and serves as a key member of the HR team responsible for improving organizational health, employee engagement, retention, and workforce capability.
Job ResponsibilitiesEmployee Relations & Leadership Support
- Lead full spectrum of employee relations matters, investigations, and conflict resolution efforts.
- Coach managers and supervisors on employee performance, accountability, communication, and corrective action.
- Provide guidance regarding disciplinary actions, employee concerns, and policy interpretation.
- Partner with leaders to proactively identify and address workforce challenges.
Organizational Effectiveness
- Identify trends related to turnover, absenteeism, employee relations, performance, and engagement.
- Recommend solutions that improve workforce stability and organizational effectiveness.
- Facilitate talent review, succession planning, and workforce planning discussions.
- Support organizational change initiatives and department restructuring efforts.
Compliance & Risk Management
- Ensure compliance with federal, state, Canadian provincial, and local employment regulations.
- Partner on ADA, accommodation, FMLA, PWFA, and other employment-related matters.
- Provide input to HR Executive leader on complex employee situations and associated legal risk.
Strategic Partnership
- Serve as HR Business Partner for various business leaders and departments.
- Partner with leadership to align workforce strategies with business objectives.
- Support development of employee engagement and retention initiatives.
Other
- Perform all duties in a manner that follows, demonstrates, and promotes Etac company values and elements.
- Report to work as scheduled, on time, and able to work entire work schedule.

Required
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or related field and 7+ years of progressive experience.
- Strong employee relations and investigation experience.
- Experience supporting manufacturing and corporate populations.
- Demonstrated experience coaching managers and influencing business decisions.
Preferred
- Multi-state employment law experience.
- SHRM-CP or SHRM-SCP preferred.
