Account Specialist

Sentry Insurance seeks an Account Specialist to support our commercial insurance clients from our Stevens Point, WI headquarters. In this role, you'll manage day-to-day service for business accounts, handling policy changes, billing questions, renewals, and documentation with accuracy and care. You'll collaborate closely with underwriting, claims, and sales to resolve issues and deliver responsive, personalized service. Responsibilities

• Serve as primary contact for assigned commercial insurance accounts
• Process policy changes, endorsements, renewals, and cancellations
• Assist with billing inquiries, payments, and account reconciliations
• Review coverages and documents for accuracy and completeness
• Coordinate with underwriting, claims, and sales teams to resolve issues
• Respond to customer requests via phone, email, and digital channels
• Maintain up-to-date records in CRM and policy systems
• Identify opportunities to enhance coverage, retention, and satisfaction
• Support new account onboarding and quoting activities
• Adhere to regulatory, compliance, and company service standards
