HVAC Tech / Heating Engineer, Building Maintenance
At Sentry, we're a people-focused business committed to delivering efficient and effective services to our customers. We are currently seeking a Facilities Engineer to support the operation of our facilities, including coordinating building projects and maintenance services.
What You’ll Do
- Coordinate and monitor various projects and operations within Corporate Services.
- Participate in an on-call rotation for after-hours maintenance issues.
- Develop project timelines and oversee major projects, including defining objectives, scope, and staffing needs.
- Provide cost estimates and analysis for management on large projects.
- Manage budget items, including purchase requisitions, invoice approvals, and account coding.
- Maintain technical knowledge related to responsibilities.
What it Takes
- Associate's Degree or equivalent work experience.
- 5+ years of relevant work experience.
- Preferred experience in HVAC and Building Automations.
- Ability to read blueprints and schematics.
- Proficiency in software applications and building management systems.
- Willingness to meet travel requirements and work non-standard hours, including participation in rotational callbacks.
