Shift: Varies – Approx 4 hours a week during the hours of Monday – Friday 3 PM - 10 PM

Job Duties:

• Ensures timely completion (48 hours) of all assigned work orders.
• Assess, diagnose, and complete repairs on equipment such as imops, vacuums, sweepers, or scrubbers.
• Use of hand and power tools on a regular basis (wrenches, screwdrivers, drills, etc.)
• Assists in prioritizing work orders and monitoring maintenance of equipment and building.

Knowledge, Skills & Abilities:

• General knowledge of components and pumps (vacuums/sweepers).
• Ability to repair and maintain mechanical equipment.
• Ability to troubleshoot electrical issues with machinery.
• Knowledge of wiring, controls, and automatic systems.
• Ability to identify, diagnose, and correct the damaged equipment.
• Proficiency in using diagnostic tools such as multi-meters and gauges.
• Knowledge of battery-operated machinery.
• Knowledge of hydraulics and pneumatics is a plus.
• Experience in building maintenance such as small drywall repairs, fixtures, and painting (Preferred).

Safety:

• Follows all company safety policies and local, state, and federal regulations.
• Understand how to safely operate and maintain equipment;
  Inspects equipment before each use; uses personal protective equipment when necessary.

Requirements/

Qualifications:

• 2 years work experience in a similar type role.
• Must be able to work on call.
• You must be 18 years old.
• For safety reasons, you must be able to speak English.
• Ability to lift (including over your head), up to 50 pounds frequently, or if more than 50 pounds with lift assistance.
• You must be able to pass a background check and a drug screen.
• Good driving record and ability to pass a Motor Vehicle Check (Preferred).
