Manufacturing Manager

Overview

Ortho Molecular Products is seeking a Manufacturing Manager
to lead strategic improvements, monitor production metrics and performance of the manufacturing department, personnel, and movement of goods to accomplish the on-time manufacturing of all Ortho Molecular products to cGMP standards.

* This position is 100% on site Monday-Friday 8am - 5pm, in Stevens Point, WI.

What to Expect:

• Ensure direct reports meet performance expectations, contributing to exceptional service to both internal and external customers.
• Provide leadership direction to teams to resolve problems and motivate staff to achieve goals.
• Recommend process improvements, new technologies, and methods to maximize operational efficiency.
• Execute safety and loss control action plans while promoting a safety-first culture to achieve plant safety metrics, including injury reduction and incident prevention.
• Manage production scheduling, staffing, and labor utilization while leading supervisors, shift leaders, and production staff to achieve safety, quality, delivery, and labor efficiency KPIs.
• Ensure products are manufactured to specifications and drive investigation and closure of quality issues through root cause analysis and CAPA to meet first-time quality targets.
• Drive attainment of service (production, changeovers, etc), first-time quality, labor efficiency, and productivity targets across manufacturing operations.

What You Will Contribute:

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field (Operations Management, Supply Chain Management, or Engineering preferred) or related job experience.
• Minimum 5 years of leadership experience in manufacturing management or related field.
• Promote a work environment that supports engagement, quality, productivity, safety, and compliance
• Ability to lead teams, apply business governance, and perform continuous improvement to achieve results.
• Proficient in analytical and data driven in decision making.
• Occasionally schedule adjustments must be made to meet company needs, overtime may be required.

• The salary range for this position is $110,000 - $125,000, depending on experience and qualifications.
