Ops Processor III

What you’ll be doing:

• You’ll complete a wide variety of departmental tasks such as policy modifications, premium refunds, and decline processing.
• You’ll review policy terms and make requested adjustments in accordance with those terms.
• You’ll multi‑task to complete assigned tasks and assist with customer requests.
• You’ll meet department production goals while completing tasks.

• You’ll have proficiency in Microsoft Office programs.
• You’ll be a team player with a positive attitude.
• You’ll have the ability to multi‑task and manage a multitude of tasks daily.
• You’ll possess problem‑solving, critical thinking, and decision‑making skills.
• You’ll have the ability to work a Monday‑Friday schedule from 8 AM – 4 PM, including month‑close schedule/extra hours to maintain service levels.
