Hours:

07:00 am - 05:30 pm Monday - Thursday

From scanning and stocking to assembling and shipping, you'll play a key role in keeping operations smooth and efficient. • Accurately scan incoming parts and place them in designated inventory locations
• Retrieve and stock materials to maintain proper organization and accessibility
• Assemble light fixtures according to detailed instruction manuals and specifications
• Package products by boxing or bagging components based on part numbers and order requirements
• Read and interpret work orders to ensure correct production and assembly processes
• Meet or exceed daily production goals in collaboration with team members
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area at all times
• Use tools such as box cutters and small hand tools safely when required

• Ability to work efficiently in a fast‑paced production environment for extended periods
• Strong reading comprehension and basic writing skills
• High attention to detail and accuracy
• Ability to follow written and verbal instructions
• Experience using small hand tools (preferred but not required)
• Ability to stand for 8–10 hours per shift on a concrete surface
• Ability to lift, carry, and move up to 50 lbs regularly
• Frequent use of both hands for grasping, reaching, and handling materials
• Capability to perform repetitive motions including bending, twisting, stooping, and reaching
• Endurance to perform repetitive hand, wrist, arm, and shoulder movements throughout the shift
