The Property Manager is a full-time, on-site role based in Stevens Point, WI, responsible for overseeing day-to-day operations of residential properties within the bantr portfolio. This role manages leasing activities, resident relations, and occupancy, including conducting tours, processing applications, and coordinating move-ins and move-outs. The Property Manager monitors property condition, coordinates maintenance and repairs, and ensures common areas are clean, safe, and welcoming.

Additional responsibilities include handling rent collection, assisting with budgeting, maintaining accurate records, and supporting marketing initiatives to attract and retain residents. The role requires regular collaboration with onsite staff, vendors, and leadership to uphold bantr’s standards for service, community, and resident experience.

• Experience in property management or a related field, including leasing, tenant relations, and basic knowledge of property operations.
• Strong communication and customer service skills, with the ability to build positive relationships with residents, vendors, and team members.
• Organizational and time management abilities to handle multiple tasks, meet deadlines, and maintain accurate documentation.
• Basic financial and administrative skills, such as rent tracking, reporting, and familiarity with property management software or similar systems.
• Problem-solving skills and sound judgment for addressing resident concerns, maintenance issues, and day-to-day operational challenges.
• Ability to work on-site in Stevens Point, WI, including occasional evenings or weekends as needed for resident services or emergencies.
• High school diploma or equivalent required; additional education or certifications in real estate, property management, or hospitality are a plus.
• Knowledge of fair housing regulations and local rental laws is beneficial.
