In this role, you will play an essential part in maintaining a clean, organized, and welcoming environment for students and staff, contributing to the overall success of the store.

Key Responsibilities:

Store Maintenance & Operations:

• Ensure the store remains safe, clean, and well‑organized for both customers and staff.
• Clean and sanitize workstations, counters, door handles, phones, credit card machines, and signature pads.
• Regularly clean the breakroom, vacuum rugs, entry mats, and designated areas.
• Empty trash bins and dispose of waste properly.

Stocking & Organization:

• Maintain availability of shopping bags, receipt paper, and barcode labels at all registers and workstations.
• Organize and restock clothing returns and merchandise, keeping displays neat and visually appealing.
• Straighten and organize customer pick‑up orders for easy retrieval.
• Keep hangers, clothing racks, and the overall store appearance orderly.
• Clean shop walkways with a Swiffer to enhance the customer shopping experience.

Required Skills:

• Strong attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining cleanliness and organization.
• Ability to multitask and manage time effectively in a fast‑paced retail environment.
• Positive and professional attitude, focused on customer satisfaction.

Physical Requirements:

• Must be able to lift and move up to 25 pounds.
• Ability to stand, walk, bend, and kneel for extended periods.
