Overview
Silvertree is hiring two advisors and we are being explicit about something most firms gloss over:
Most advisors are not built to excel at both business development and ongoing client planning at the same time. They usually have a clear preference. Our team model lets you lean into that preference.
Private Wealth Advisor, Growth (COI and new client development)
You will spend your time on:
- Building relationships with COIs (CPAs, attorneys, bankers)
- Leading new client development conversations
- Converting strong-fit prospects into new client relationships
- Handing off the relationship after onboarding to the Client-track advisor, so you stay focused on growth
You are likely a fit if you:
- Enjoy initiating relationships and creating momentum
- Prefer variety, outreach, and deal flow over ongoing service queue
- Want upside tied to firm growth, not just a personal bonus
Private Wealth Advisor, Client (ongoing relationships and planning execution)
You will spend your time on:
- Owning ongoing client relationships and client experience
- Building, implementing, and maintaining financial plans
- Taking over new client relationships immediately after onboarding so the Growth-track advisor can stay focused on growth
You are likely a fit if you:
- Prefer deep relationships, planning, and execution
- Enjoy proactive service, review prep, and plan maintenance
- Want a stable day-to-day rhythm with meaningful ups
You participate in the enterprise value you help build.
Base salary plus cash bonuses that can be used to purchase phantom equity starting day one, so you are not spending years building value for someone else while hoping for equity “someday”.
