We are looking for a highly self‑motivated individual who enjoys selling, has strong interpersonal skills, is independent, resilient, and detail oriented. The primary role of this position is to sell both Service small project work and Preventative Maintenance Agreements (PMAs) for our HVAC product line to customers in our North Central region. You will establish contact with potential customers by scheduling calls and following up on leads while closing sufficient sales and effectively utilizing internal resources to execute service work while growing the HVAC business in our North Central region.
You will anticipate customers’ needs, develop a sales strategy to meet their expectations, and maintain positive ongoing customer relationships.
Successful candidates should have a minimum of a Bachelor’s degree in business, engineering, or a related discipline or equivalent experience. The ideal candidate should possess a minimum of five years of progressive field sales experience, preferably with three years successfully selling HVAC offerings, energy efficiencies, and building automation system services or projects. Candidates must be results‑oriented, have excellent communication and customer service skills, proven leadership abilities, and strong planning and organizational skills.
A demonstrated commitment to integrity and quality, and the ability to influence the market at key levels are required.
