Job Description & How to Apply Below

Electromechanical Maintenance Technicians Needed Several Openings | High-Growth Manufacturing | Central Wisconsin

We’re recruiting for several
Electromechanical Maintenance Technician openings with a highly respected, fast-growing manufacturing company that is expanding aggressively and investing heavily in its operations.

This is a strong opportunity for maintenance technicians who like being hands‑on, solving real equipment problems, and working in a production environment where maintenance is not an afterthought. This is not a “sit around and wait for something to break” job. This is a fast-moving, equipment‑heavy operation where strong maintenance talent will be highly valued.

The company is adding people because the business is growing. Good problem to have.

What You’ll Be Doing:

In this role, you’ll support a high‑volume manufacturing operation by performing:

  • Preventive maintenance, inspections, service, and repairs on production equipment
  • Electrical and mechanical troubleshooting
  • Machine overhauls, installations, equipment moves, and upgrades
  • Root cause analysis on equipment failures and unexpected breakdowns
  • Hydraulic, pneumatic, robotic, and automated equipment support
  • Replacement part installation, lubrication, machine cleaning, and general equipment upkeep
  • Work order documentation, parts ordering, reporting, and system updates through programs such as Microsoft Office and SAP
  • Weekend or holiday shutdown support when needed for major maintenance work or equipment projects

The position requires someone who takes safety seriously, keeps their work area organized, and understands that downtime matters in a production-focused facility.

What They’re Looking For:

The ideal candidate will bring a strong mix of electrical and mechanical aptitude, along with the willingness to keep learning.

Strong fit if you have experience with:

  • Industrial maintenance
  • Electrical and mechanical troubleshooting
  • Reading electrical schematics
  • Hydraulics and pneumatics
  • PLCs, especially Siemens TIA Portal
  • Welding, fabricating, plumbing, pipe fitting, or conduit installation
  • Robotic programming and troubleshooting
  • Forklifts, cranes, pallet jacks, aerial lifts, and other plant equipment
  • Working safely around elevated platforms, confined spaces, and dirty or dusty industrial environments

A high school diploma or GED is required. An associate degree, vocational training, or related technical coursework is preferred, but hands‑on industrial maintenance experience carries a lot of weight.

Why This Is Worth a Conversation:

This is a chance to get into a company that is growing quickly
, adding maintenance talent, and offering the kind of industrial environment where a sharp electromechanical technician can make a visible impact.

For the right person, this is a solid move: stable company, strong growth, real equipment challenges, and multiple openings. That usually means they are serious about hiring, not just window shopping.
