Valley Clinic Operations Assistant

Working collaboratively with clinic leaders, this position is responsible for coordinating and assisting with environment of care standards, quality, patient experience reporting, and projects. This position demands a high level of responsibility,independentperformanceofvariedduties,extensivecommunicationwiththeteamandothers,commandoforganization,and excellentprioritization. This position is expected to support the mission, goals, and objectives of the Health Partners Clinic - Stillwater.

• High school diploma or equivalent OR associate’s degree required.
• BA/BS preferred.

• Advanced organization skills and attention to detail with high degree of accuracy.
• Ability to interpret and present data in a meaningful way.
• Skilled in writing and interpersonal communications;.
• Prioritization skills with ability to multi-task and meet deadlines;.
• Ability to handle routine and impromptu assignments with minimal supervision;.
• High degree of initiative along with ability to act as a team player;.
• Ability to lead groups and understand group dynamics;.
• Ability to develop effective working relationships and develop partnerships with others.
• Ability to work independently with little supervision.

• Twoyearsof administrative experience.(Maybesubstitutedwitheducation)
• Experiencewithprocessimprovementmethodology;
• Previousprofessionalexperienceinhealthcare.

• Proficient with Microsoft Office and SharePoint applications
• Microsoft Office Suiteexperienceisrequired
