Graphic Designer - Heavy Equipment Industry

Dirty Graphix creates custom graphic wrap kits for heavy equipment, helping contractors and businesses build their brands while protecting their machines.

This is a full-time, on-site position supporting our lead graphic designer across a wide range of creative projects. You’ll need to be organized, adaptable, detail-oriented, and comfortable managing multiple projects and changing priorities.

• Design branding, marketing materials, packaging, web graphics, social media content, and other creative projects
• Assist with custom heavy equipment wrap designs and branded visuals
• Manage multiple projects and adjust quickly as priorities change
• Take direction from the owner and lead graphic designer while working independently on assigned projects
• Maintain consistent branding and carefully review files, layouts, and designs for accuracy
• Help with a variety of creative and production tasks as needed to keep projects moving
• Take feedback, make revisions, and collaborate with the team to meet deadlines

• Post-secondary degree in Graphic Design or a related field
• 2–5 years of graphic design experience
• Strong portfolio showing clean design, creativity, and attention to detail
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, especially Illustrator, Photoshop, and In Design
• Strong understanding of typography, layout, color, and visual hierarchy
• Able to manage multiple projects and changing priorities
• Reliable, organized, and comfortable taking direction while working independently
• Strong communication and collaboration skills
• Able to commute to Stillwater, MN every day

• Marketing or advertising experience
• Packaging or print production experience
• Photography or videography
• Familiarity with heavy equipment, construction, or similar industries

• Full-time, on-site position
