Qualifications:
- Must have one of the following:
- Para test certification
- Proof of 60 semester college credits or 90 quarter credits
- Proof of a college degree
- Previous experience as a paraprofessional or in educational settings is a plus
- Ability to communicate effectively with students, teachers, and staff
- Demonstrated reliability and professionalism
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide classroom support for instructional and non-instructional activities
- Support students with academic, behavioral, or physical needs—one-on-one or in a group setting
- Follow educator instructions and school protocols with accuracy
- Assist in reinforcing positive behaviors and classroom routines
- Maintain confidentiality and uphold ethical standards
